Only in Goa could we come across such a clear example of silent dialogue between dissimilar worlds. Despite the apparent differences in race, gender, origin, language, culture and massive body weight, the two sit together in motionless meditation. Side by side, they are part of the adventure that is the realization of the divine on earth.
The posture of the Westerner is what we would call classic, even if the curve of the back reveals a moderate slouch. Meanwhile, the position of the Oriental seems to be much more relaxed and creative; we could even call it natural. Regardless of form and style, they both show considerable knowledge of yogic practices and a degree of respectable concentration.
