A hypothetical mixed team of 11 players of Balon Mundial, a football tournament for teams of migrants from 30 countries from 5 continents, held in Turin, Italy. Every player is pictured in clothing and football attitude at his workplace or in a normal moment of everyday life. The Egyptians play in their Kebab shop, the Colombian in a disco party, the Argentines in the hall of the University where they study. Balon Mundial made its debut in 2005 and has now become an important vehicle for intercultural integration in Turin, one of the first cities in Italy for social initiatives dedicated to immigration. Una ipotetica squadra mista di 11 partecipanti al torneo di calcio Balon Mundial a Torino, torneo per squadre di migranti provenienti da 30 nazioni di 5 continenti, è ritratta in abbigliamento e atteggiamento calcistico sul proprio posto di lavoro o in un normale momento di quotidianità. Il calciatore egiziano mentre gioca a pallone nel suo negozio di Kebab, il colombiano in una festa in discoteca, i congolesi nel cortiletto di casa con tutta la famiglia, gli argentini all'interno della facoltà di Lettere nella quale studiano. Balon Mundial ha esordito nel 2005 ed è diventato ormai un importante veicolo di aggregazione e integrazione interculturale per la città di Torino, tra le prime città in Italia per iniziative sociali dedicate all'immigrazione.
